GG Wellness · Skin

Your skin.
A plan that understands it.

Skin changes. Your care should be able to change with it. At GG Wellness, we begin with your skin story, then bring together appropriate treatment options and a home routine that fits your everyday life.

From a first skincare conversation to a longer-term plan, the focus is on understanding your needs and making each step clear.

Your starting point

First, we get to know
your skin.

Tell us what has changed, what you have tried and what you would like help with. We consider your skin tone, sensitivity, previous treatments, current products and relevant health history before discussing options. Your budget, daily routine and the time you can allow for recovery matter too.

Skin clarity

Breakouts & uneven tone

A conversation about active breakouts, marks and pigmentation begins with assessment. Different concerns can look similar, and some need medical or dermatology input before aesthetic treatment.

Skin texture

Scars, texture & fine lines

Discuss the type of texture change, how long it has been present and your priorities. For scars, we also ask about their cause, healing history and any earlier treatment.

Daily care

A manageable home routine

Review what you already use before adding more. We can discuss cleansing, moisturising and sun protection, and how any recommended products fit around your treatment plan.

The GG Wellness approach

Microneedling,
considered personally.

Microneedling uses small needles to create controlled punctures in the skin. It may be considered for selected concerns involving scars, texture and uneven tone, following an assessment. It is not appropriate for every skin condition or every stage of a skin journey.

If recommended, we explain the approach, any products used alongside it, likely recovery and alternatives. A personalised treatment should have a clear reason for each part of the plan. We will discuss your sensitivity, allergies and whether your skin is ready before proceeding.

Built around you

A personal plan.
A clear way forward.

Your questions, preferences and response belong in every stage of the journey.

01 / Understand

Your skin story.

Review your concerns, medical and treatment history, current routine and expectations. Agree what matters most, rather than trying to address everything at once.

02 / Plan

Your next steps.

Discuss suitable options, the proposed sequence, costs and the practicalities of recovery. Your plan may start with home care, an appointment, or a referral.

03 / Review

Your response guides us.

Agree how progress will be reviewed. Your response, comfort and changing needs help determine whether to continue, adjust or pause the plan.

Before & after your appointment

Care between visits
belongs in the plan.

Before treatment, you should understand preparation, aftercare and who to contact with a concern. Bring your product list and tell us about medicines, allergies, recent treatments and any change in your health. Do not stop prescribed medicines without advice from your prescriber.

Good to know

Your questions.
Time for answers.

These are starting points for discussion. Your appointment is the place to talk through your individual circumstances and the options available.

Do I need to know which treatment I want?

No. Start with your concern. A consultation is an opportunity to understand the options, including whether treatment is appropriate at all.

Can microneedling be used on active acne?

It should not simply be booked for active breakouts without assessment. Inflamed or infected skin may mean treatment needs to be postponed or a different route is more appropriate. Tell us about current acne treatment and any recent changes.

What are the risks and recovery considerations?

Depending on the procedure, redness, tenderness, swelling and temporary sensitivity may occur. Microneedling also carries risks such as infection, pigment changes and scarring. Your practitioner should explain your individual risks and aftercare before you decide.

How many appointments will I need?

There is no universal number. The recommendation depends on the concern, treatment and response. We discuss an initial plan and review points; improvement, where achieved, may develop gradually.

Can you help me choose skincare?

Yes. We can discuss your current routine and products you are considering. Explore our growing shop, or ask a question before purchasing.

Where can I find prices and availability?

Contact us or view the booking options. Confirm the consultation type, practitioner, location and full cost before booking a course.
