Find your starting point
You do not need to arrive with a treatment in mind. Start with your questions, your preferences and what you hope to understand. Suitability and realistic expectations are discussed individually.

Behind every photograph, a person
A useful before-and-after comparison explains the starting point, the care provided and when the photographs were taken. It helps you ask better questions about your own options.
Patient stories · Coming soon
We are preparing selected GG Wellness patient journeys to share here, with permission and the context behind each result.
Every person responds differently. A patient’s photographs cannot predict or guarantee your own outcome.
The whole person
Your goals may also involve daily routines, movement, nutrition or emotional wellbeing. Tell us what support you are looking for, and we can discuss the next step and whether another professional should be involved.
For weight-management enquiries, the starting point is an individual conversation about your circumstances and the support available.
Space for your priorities
We will clarify who provides each service and whether care takes place at GG Wellness or through an independent professional.
People behind the care
Gawan brings together experience, working relationships and a wider professional network to help you explore a suitable plan. Your journey may involve care at GG Wellness, collaboration or an independent referral.
01 / Listen
Your concerns, history, preferences and questions shape the conversation.
02 / Understand
Discuss realistic expectations, costs, possible risks and alternatives before deciding.
03 / Plan
Understand who will provide your care, where you will be seen and how follow-up is arranged.
The wellness edit
Short reads to help you prepare, reflect and make the most of a conversation with your practitioner.
Write down what you would like to discuss, the questions you keep returning to and any limits on your time or budget. Bring details of your current skincare, medicines, allergies and relevant treatment history so your practitioner can guide the conversation.
Ask who will provide your care, what their role is, what alternatives exist and what follow-up involves. You can take time to consider the information before deciding.
Look for comparable lighting, angles and expressions, together with the treatment details and time between photographs. A photograph is one part of a patient’s story, rather than a prediction of what will happen for someone else.
Ask about the number of appointments, any other care involved and whether the photograph shows a settled result. Your own suitability and likely outcome need an individual discussion.
Start by noticing what feels manageable and where you would welcome support. It may help to write down your priorities and questions about routines, movement or time for yourself, rather than trying to change everything at once.
If you are looking for support with your mental wellbeing, ask about the professional’s qualifications, approach and whether their service fits your needs. We can discuss appropriate referral options.
Your next chapter
You do not have to have it all worked out. Tell us what brought you here, and let’s explore a thoughtful next step together.
